The State Duma adopted bill about the Russian Academy of Sciences in the second reading. The deputies needed only seven minutes to consider all 174 amendments: 69 accepted, 105 rejected. Here are words of the vice speaker of the State Duma, secretary of general council of "United Russia" Sergey Neverov about the bill: "At last we received the document which suits today those parties which will live according to this document. For long time opposition underestimated the power, while it appeared to be clever. Each political case is run strictly individually. Udaltsov is patriotic? Well, here you are case about "the Georgian espionage". Navalny fights against corruption? Here you are case of corruption in the Kirov region. And so on. Unless the matter is in plunder of woods somewhere in Vyatka?

I am under deepest impression after conversation with the last Minister of Defence of the USSR, Marshal of the Soviet Union, veteran Dmitry Timofeevich Yazov. He is 88 years old, but what clear mind! He pours names of military leader, dates, figures, names of fronts … Certainly, we talked about Generalissimo Stalin, his role in the defeat of the German fascism and liberation of the enslaved Europe from the Fascism. What from the listed purposes and ideals is offered to delete, forbid? Social justice? If there are bases for it? Actually already Platon considered justice the main quality of ideal state. Well-known Greek living in the ancient time at slaveholding, probably, put into it own understanding, everyone has own truth. Nevertheless, every society exists on the basis of achievement of certain consensus concerning the main concepts about due, in particular, about correspondence of rights and duties of citizens, work and remuneration, merits and their recognition, crime and punishment and so on.

Opposition unsuccessfully tries to catch up with legislative initiatives of the power eternally going forward. But it’s only half-trouble. Having no nerve to stand up to some next "light" undertaking of the power, it safely "forgets" this undertaking. Undertaking grows into the ritual list of sins of a mode. As well as cartoon hero invents some cunning way to catch its antagonist. Expected it its idea fails and it starts planning something new. It does it with big, we should say, enthusiasm and without any belief in possibility of success. "Toon" with pleasure forgets its previous tricks. Though, probably, the way was quite good. Pure "Tom and Jerry". Or something of the kind.
