The Workers and Entrepreneurs Blocked Highway М-52

Already the second picket of employees of enterprise "Magistral" takes place on Chujsky Highway. At that directors acted as organizers of picket. Picketing began at ten o'clock of local time according to the request submitted. People arrived to the place of picketing, however were blocked and not allowed by militia to the picketing place. In answer indignant workers spontaneously blocked Chujsky Highway approximately for 5-7 minutes. However, by joint efforts of militia and Special Police Squad federal highway M-52 was unblocked. There are nearby 500 persons picketing they, Gornoaltaisky Production Complex, Production Complex of Gorvodstroy, Gornoaltajsky ZBI adjoined the action. Two persons are arrested. >>

13 Regions of Russia Are in Crisis Situation

Thirteen Russian regions are included into a group of "crisis" in connection with falling of budgetary incomes, the director of department of intergovernmental fiscal relations of Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation Larisa Eroshkina considers. She gave such data at session of regional section of community of financiers of Russia taken place in plenipotentiary representation of the president in Northwest federal district. The following districts are considerd to be "crisis regions": Tatarstan, the Khanty-Mansijsk Autonomous District, Krasnoyarsk and Perm territories, Astrakhan, Belgorod, Volgograd, Kemerovo, Kursk, Novgorod, Orenburg, Samara and Chelyabinsk areas. >>

Leaders of two largest political forces of Ukraine - Yulia Timoshenko and Victor Janukovich - preliminary coordinated the project of the new constitution which provides that the president of the country would be chosen by parliament, the Internet edition of "Ukrainian Truth" referring to its sources informs on Sunday.
The project of "Big Deal" which assumes creation of a wide coalition in parliament was also preliminary coordinated, it stated in the message. The document also assumes joint actions of Block of Yulia Timoshenko (BYUT) and Party of Regions till 2024, including participation in parliamentary elections as uniform block, the edition informs. >>

Summing up experience of meetings in Moscow region in March, 2009 (on March, 7 in Zhukovsky, the all-Russian action on March, 14-14, meeting in Queen on March, 17, meetings in Klin on March, 21-22) obvious similarity to events of winter, 2005 is possible to trace: protest actions are carried out weekly, attendance considerably exceeds parameters of the times of "quiet" conditions, small amount of announcements for gathering of plenty of people is enough. Even more often protest actions have fighting character - authority, militia and their supporters aspiring to bring down national protest try to drive out first of all youth and in general supporters of active actions first of all. At that very often similar provocations are being made by authority not only on "non-authorized" but also on quite lawful actions - they are afraid not even of the mere fact of carrying out of meetings but that in their course organized nature of protest movement amplifies. Thus people are ready to protect their leaders, more and more often the goons have to recede. The logic of political strike is as follows - authorities will constantly try to stop our actions on organization of struggle of workers, in answer we shall search for means of counteraction to these steps of authorities. And so on and so forth. Up to revolution. >>

The governor of Moscow Region Boris Gromov is satisfied with the work of acting head of city district Khimki Vladimir Strelchenko. "I am completely satisfied with the work which carried out by Vladimir Strelchenko", - Gromov said on Thursday, answering a question of the journalists whom he would support on elections of the head of Khimki administration planned for March of the current year.If I were the governor I would not start asserting so categorically that the work of mayor Strelchenko "satisfies completely". There are spots even on the sun and mayor of Knimki (at least now) is not king-sun. Let's say, attempt at Beketov's life is already the third attempt on editor-in-chief of independent newspaper in succession in Khimki. European Parliament Recognized the Soviet People As Executioner of the Ukrainians

European Parliament recognized Holodomor as a crime against humanity and expressed sympathy to the Ukrainian people. It's stated in resolution of European Parliament approved at yesterday's session in Strasbourg. The majority of deputies of European Parliament voted "pro". The resolution consists of two items. In the first item Holodomor is recognized as an awful crime against the Ukrainian people and mankind; such actions, in particular, against the Ukrainian peasantry which were accompanied by mass destructions of people and infringements of the rights and freedom are severely condemned; sympathy is expressed to the Ukrainian people which went through the tragedy of Holodomor and also the respect to those who died as a result of artificial famine of 1932-1933; there's also an appeal to the countries of the former USSR to open archives which had relation to Holodomor for carrying out of researches concerning organization of the tragedy.

The basic feature of Putin's states - closeness. We cannot know, what processes occur inside of it - we can only guess seeing the waves on a surface of a carpet and we have no right to influence them. The Council of Federation unanimously accepted appeal to the president of Russia Dmitry Medvedev with the request to recognize independence of Abkhazia and South Ossetia. As "Gazeta.ru" transfers referring to a telechannel "Vesty", 130 senators voted for the benefit of acceptance of the appeal, there were no one against or abstainers. The speaker of the State Duma Boris Gryzlov also expressed confidence that Duma would sign the corresponding appeal to the president Medvedev unanimously today. Sukhoi Superjet 100 Went Afloat in Intimate Circumstances

On May, 19 Sukhoi Superjet 100 - the first civil plane completely created in new Russia went aloft in Komsomolsk-on-Amur. Press-service of the company "Sukhoj Civil Planes" informed.
The plane was piloted by senior test pilot of "Sukhoj Civil Planes" Alexander Jablontsev and test pilot Leonid Chikunov. The flight lasted, according to specified data 1 hour 05 minutes. According to the flight task the plane went aloft on the maximal height 1200 meters. During the flight the plane executed liftoff, four passes above a strip at different heights, flight on the set perimeter ("box") and landing approach. Landing of the liner passed successfully. >>

Conference of the left forces passed - and it is the main result of the past day. I'll say it without false modesty though this information is compulsory omitted in the main news groups of a day (it appeared in the afternoon among "fives" of Rambler and disappeared at once). However if it's possible to consider the main news of a day on Yandex Arshavin's participation in Olympic relay and meeting of Putinmedvedev with Bush in Sochi - as though they haven's seen each other for ages.
The hall was really overflown 2 times, people were sitting on the floor, standing in passes. 40 regions, 201 delegates, fifty visitors, plus fifty journalists. Very different people came but the second main result became readiness to do common thing. There was no conflict, all the more - confrontation. There were both - those who worked from the very beginning in organizing committee of conference and those who "were not present" formally. In reality there has been no more representative forum of the left forces for a long time. Probably, there has never been the one more constructive.
