On May, 2nd the Office of Public Prosecutor of the Amur area brought a charge against the governor Leonid Korotkov in abusing official powers, excess of official powers and negligence (item 2, article 285, item 2, article 286 and item 1, article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The State Office of Public Prosecutor estimates damage to the budget of the Amur area which appeared as a result of Korotkov's illegal activity in 123 million roubles. According to the inquest, as a result of Korotkov's illegal activity during the years 2003-2006 average selling tariff for electric and thermal energy for the consumers was illegally increased on the territory of the area. The increase of the tariff occurred because expenditures connected with football club "Amur" in the sum 41 million roubles were included in it. Besides the governor bought road techniques and two automobile cars from "Torgfinance", Ltd for the sum of 40 million roubles, thus at the prices which exceeded their average market price.

Demonstration and meeting of opposition finished in Minsk. As the correspondent of "Interfax" transfers, about 4 thousand people took part in not authorized street actions. According to preliminary data, during meeting near the building of national library two young persons were detained. A little bit different information was received from the Ukrainian sources. The action of the Belarus opposition which took place on Sunday in Minsk within the limits of Day of Will ended in dispersal and detention of its participants. About 30 people are detained for sure, they are in different police stations of the city. Meanwhile the press centre of "Charter'97" referring to estimations of journalists and legal experts approves that up to 10 thousand people gathered to take part in the meeting.

One of these days "FORUM.msk" already informed about campaign of repressions initiated by the head of the Uzbek Service of national safety Rustam Inoyztov against military investigation of Uzbekistan which heads are being arrested and prosecuted on absurd charges in "espionage in favour of Russia". On a background of this clan "bovver" activity of Uzbek jihadists secretly operated by special services of Pakistan, the USA and the Great Britain stirs up. So, on Thursday, on March, 8th some messages appeared that forces of international coalition in Afghanistan near the border with Pakistan ostensibly detained the leader of Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan (IMU) Takhir Juldashev.

"If even Baltic which made up an insignificant share of population and territory of the country, raised a question of its leave from the USSR, that however would not mean its disintegration, the former RSFSR was initially oriented on destruction of our multinational Soviet Native land", - Surikov told. He reminded that "on June, 12th, 1990 Congress of People's Deputies of RSFSR practically unanimously accepted the criminal declaration on the sovereignty which included item on the priority of laws of RSFSR above nation-wide. It served as the beginning of so-called parade of sovereignties.

On the 29th of December last year the government of the Ukraine took a decision to unite all enterprises of nuclear branch into one concern “Ukratomprom". Practically all the enterprises which are engaged in creation or work on a nuclear-fuel cycle and also scientific researches in this area are included into the structure of concern. A leader of the nuclear industry of the country - NAEC "Energoatom" will be, according to the decision of Ministry, in the chapter of "Ukratomprom". Russia invited the Ukraine to participate in the project of creation of international centre on enrichment with uranium in Angarsk. The first vice-president on economic policy and corporate development of national atomic energy generating company (NAEC) “Enrgoatom” announced. 

Belarus is going to make the Russians entering the republic on personal cars obligatory registration of the certificate for temporary import of a vehicle. It became known on Monday from the head of the department of the organization of the customs control of the State customs committee of Belarus Sergey Borisjuk who acted on the Belarus state TV, ITAR-TASS informs. According to the official, this step – is a reciprocal measure to answer similar actions from the Russian part. Introduction by Russia for Byelorussians of obligatory registration of temporary import of motor transport created great automobile lines on border between two countries. Besides, this procedure is unprofitable enough: automobile owners should pay 9 dollars.

Lessons from history needed to be taken - or, at least, to aspire to it. Especially valuable in this plan is recent history: as soon as the conditions of a problem had no time to change considerably, then practical conclusions have not lost their relevance. Two years passes after the Ukrainian "orange revolution". Quite a history, though not so ancient. And what lessons have been taken from it in Russia - first of all opponents of a mode? There are, certainly, some successes in this field - but absolutely insufficient. However, our intrasystem opposition never showed special desire to learn anything. Non-system people in this plan are not so hopeless. So, what happened two years ago?

The president Victor Yushchenko hopes to bring norm about the administrative responsibility for public denying of fact of existing Golodomor during the years 1932-1933 inthe corresponding law introduced on the eve by the Supreme Rada. He told about it in the application for press on Wednesday in secretary of the president. "I shall note that not all offers of the president have been considered (it’s about the law about Golodomor). In particular, the legal responsibility of people which deny this fact. I do not leave this idea and I shall do everything so that this norm finds its reflection in the law”, - Yushchenko said.
