Presidents of the Russian Federation and the USA Vladimir Putin and Georges Bush-junior and also the daddy of the last, Georges Bush-senior, finished informal negotiations in Bush-senior's estate Walker Point  in state of Maine. After sea fishing Putin and Bush-junior went to the journalists and told them about results of meetings proceeded two days. Disagreements between two countries on the American anti-missile defense system in the Europe and problems of Kosovo as well as the nuclear program of Iran were the main themes of meetings. As it was announced, Putin and Bush agreed to act in common within the limits of Security Council of the United Nations for prevention of creation the nuclear weapon in Iran. "If Russia and the USA have identical position, it usually has effect, therefore I am rather grateful to Russia for its work within the limits of Security Council of the United Nations. We are close to developing of the joint decision on this question", - "Associated Press" quotes Bush's words. In his turn Putin promised "that teamwork" with the USA on the Iranian question within the limits of Security Council of the United Nations would be successful. Vladimir Putin once again put forward new courageous initiatives on a problem of Anti-Missile Defense System. He suggested to Bush to expand frameworks of consultation: "Russia considers possible to expand frameworks of consultations on the System using for this purpose a platform of Council Russia-NATO".

While leaders of the countries of "G8" had summit in Germany, there was finally reached an agreement between Iran and Democratic People's Republic of Кorea according to which Iran up to the end of the year would receive from Northern Korea some tens ballistic missiles "Taep'o-dong-2" with range up to 4000 km. It's known that today Iran does not have ballistic missiles capable to reach the Europe. But after finishing of deliveries "Taep'o-dong-2" they will have such rockets. North-Korean "Taep'o-dong-2" can possibly reach both Berlin and London and even Paris from the Iranian territory. Probably, Russian special services, taking into account a degree of their degradation for the last 15 years, know little about deliveries of the rockets "Taep'o-dong-2" to Iran. However Americans, Israelis, Saudi Arabians, Egyptians, Jordanians, Turks are quite informed about it.

If we look thoroughly at the globe (not to confuse with political map of the world), we shall be convinced that ballistic trajectories of the Russian rockets "Topol-M", including so-called "Super-Topol" with multiple independently targeted reentry vehicle (MIRV) and "Bulava" from basing regions in the Saratov and Ivanovo areas and sea region of military patrol in Barents Sea run far aside from Poland. It makes a problem of interception technically not possible to realize as above laws of ballistics, unfortunately, even V.V.Putin for the present is not imperious. That means that the European anti-missile system cannot prevent Russia in any way from rocket-nuclear counter-strike on territory of the USA. But then there is a question: what for the Americans need this European anti-missile system?

According to mass-media, the deputy of the State Duma Dmitry Rogozin declared that Edward Ulman, Vladimir Voevodin and Alexander Kalagansky who didn't come to court for two times and after that issued arrest warrant could be kidnapped or killed. Interfax informs abouyt it. "The matter is that defendants of Ulman's group were found and taken out to the territory of the Chechen Republic. The version that three defendants on Ulman's case disappeared is favourable to everybody - both to the victims as acknowledgement of a verdict of guilty and to court which has the right to pass a sentence in absence also to senior Ulman's command," - Rogozin announced to the information agencies.

On Monday the Japanese newspaper "Sunkey" published the content of the governmental document dated the 20th of September which informed about the plans of creation of nuclear warheads of the limited capacity. The newspaper noted that it had been made before underground nuclear test on October, 9th in Northern Korea. Pilot production of nuclear charges can begin already in three years - is stated in the document. For creation of nuclear warheads for rockets - in 3-5 years, for their manufacture and maintenance of work of several hundreds scientists would be necessary to spend 200-300 billion yens (about $2-3 billion).

"The matter is not that Russia treats the sovereign right of the Ukraine to choose the basic vectors of the policy in the field of safety coolly or warmly. It’s a matter for the Ukrainian people and the Ukrainian elite to choose the form of the cooperation with these structures", - Ivanov said in Kiev. "A different matter is that consequences of these steps will negatively affect interaction of two countries", - minister added. According to him “this step, no matter whether we want it or not, will influence our relations", "RIA News" informs. At the same time Minister of Defence of the Ukraine Anatoly Gritsenko noted that still he’s still an active supporter of a rate of the introduction into NATO.

The center settles down in France, in Military Academy and in the Palace of invalids in the 7-th district of Paris. It is headed by a Frenchman. An official target of the center - interchange of data about «international terrorists» and «leaders of the organized crime» and their "neutralization".

The main reason of an inefficiency of Israel – is "change of generations" in a management of army and special services: to change natives from the East Europe, Northern Africa and the USSR who understood the logic of survival well came rather young people not only received education in the West, but also brought up within the framework of a modern western civilization. The greatest negative consequences "change of generations" in a management had for army. Despite of numerous victims among the peaceful Lebanese population and heart-breaking television reportings, for the first time from the moment of its appearance Israel tried to carry out "humane" war under the western standards, whenever possible sparing another state peaceful population.
