Moscow invested so much into business with China in sphere of the defensive industry that now it's almost unable to break off with them and to refuse completely from that market. At the same time the price to remain in the Chinese market is similar to the price which gamblers pay for the game in poker on big money. It is necessary to refuse what you have already invested relying that you will manage to achieve financing of the following generation of military technique from Peking. For the Russian industry the risk is high, for the rest of world it's even higher. Now the question is, where the export market of the Russian weapon ends and the market of products of China (created on the basis of that the Chinese adopted from the Russian manufacturers) begins.

The policy of making Russia weak and destroyed carried out under the management of the USA at last fructified. Probably, soon there will come time of harvesting. The USA almost continuously are at wars subordinating to their influence one by one all the countries and imposing to them the governments from their proteges.

As Newsru.ua informs, application of the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs with criticism of applications of the Russian officials concerning the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine is distributed in headquarters of the United Nations in New York as official document of the General Assembly of the United Nations. In the application is emphasized that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine is seriously worried about applications of the Russian officials in relation to Ukraine. "These applications having frankly the antiUkrainian character, call in question territorial integrity of Ukraine and represent direct intervention in its internal affairs", - is emphasized in the document which is quoted on Tuesday by news service of the United Nations. In the application is marked that Ukraine in its aspiration to strengthen international peace and safety has refused from the third on its size in the world nuclear arsenal which has stayed on its territory after disintegration of the USSR. From their part the nuclear states including Russia gave Ukraine guarantees of safety fixed in the Budapest memorandum of 1994.

On Tuesday morning an explosion happened in a subsidiary premise of an apartment house in Kirov area of St.-Petersburg. Under the preliminary version, the reason of explosion could become an explosive, including a grenade. Incident happened nearby 9:10 a.m. in the house №6 in Korneyev Street. As the press-service of the Emergency Situations RF, explosion occurred in a room for sanitary technicians on the first floor of 10-storeyed apartment house. The area of a room is 20 square meters. Three persons suffered. Physicians estimate condition of two of them as heavy. Forty-year old man is hospitalized in extremely grave condition, 27-year old one - in heavy is delivered to the hospital 26. The third victim - 37-year old man - is in moderately grave condition, he is also hospitalized to the hospital 15. - Despite of all mentioned above, as it's already became accepted, neither consequence, nor mass-media mention a word "act of terrorism", - editor-in-chief of FORUM.msk Anatoly Baranov commented. - Probably, "casual handling with grenade" will be the final version. It remains behind brackets what a grenade did in the room of sanitary technicians.
