After October, 14 they gave themselves a term to September of next year to make mechanism of elections of "those who should be elected" will be debugged as hours by “the day of uniform vote”. By this moment "United Russia" will return itself constitutional majority in the parliament, having created new deputy group of "independent" which in the sum with UR and LDPR should give absolute majority. Then all regional elections will simply become stamping of “necessary” candidates.

It’s moving towards revolution. For high-ranking enemies of Putin didn’t disappear. They obviously intend to wait for the convenient moment. Recently I watched “Anatomy of Protest-2”. Well, strong information counterstroke and obvious preparation of electorate for arrests of several figures of street opposition. It’s already clear now that Putin’s elite enemies will fail to eliminate him in any other way than using revolution. I think that such revolution in the Russian Federation is possible at an extreme aggravation of world system crisis.

There hostility (in case of the first exhibition of 2003 – it was illustrated by real disorder) was directed only and exclusively on organizers. Putin can't make a choice between clans. Liberals are supported by the West supervising all assets of the offshore aristocracy, without security officers Putin will be “eaten up" even quicker, than it was done with Lebed supported Chubais in "GKChP-3". His unique choice - monstrously terrible, difficult and, possibly, unnatural for him, but unique guaranteeing him preservation of the power - is a choice in favor of Russia.

The American governor, for example, in Arizona can say something sharp concerning inrush of the Mexican illegal immigrants (though it causes indignation in other states). But he can't say anything about undesirability of “invasions of citizens of Florida” (or Utah, or California). Reciprocal liberal attempts (as it’s made by "Ekho of Moscow") are also inconceivable in America - to calm passions saying something like “ethnic Caucasians bring medals to our Olympic team”. Public accounting of ethnic roots of medalists is impossible "even more" than public appeals to "soft" ethnic cleaning in America.

City parks exist so that inhabitants of megalopolis could feel themselves outdoors where there’s no paving though for a while. City chiefs should at least live in the city to understand it. Or to think as inhabitants of the city, not as peasants for whom asphalt is a symbol of prosperity, prestige and progress. It’s beyond me to understand how it’s possible that yesterday’s president and nowadays head of the government does not go to the place of the disaster to divide grief of people, to console, encourage, head rescue works … I am writing these words and try to stop myself as I understand that recent throne-keeper can't head any rescue works due to his scandalous incompetence in anything. There is an impression that the president of Russia Vladimir Putin is very much satisfied with weak prime minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev. If to follow elementary logic it means that strategic objective of presidency of Vladimir Vladimirovich is directed against interests of the population of the Russian Federation, in particular against formation of strong structure of the government capable to improve really position of working people and unprotected citizens of the country. If it so, physical split of Russia is inevitable, for Medvedev's government isn't capable to restore the Russian economy on a modern basis s that it could become effective remedy of improvement of life of ALL Russians.

What is party in general? The party is a political representation of a class or some big social group trying to solve problems of this class in political space. It’s not a service club and not lobbyist structure though it often happens that all ends with it. But theoretically the party should be strongly connected with its social group and not only the party should run and look for the one whose interests it could present on the next elections, but each representative of this class should know that this is his party.

The protest changed its face for last half a year. "Hamsters" left in the past, dinosaurs died out. "Outraged citizens" came to their place - new proletariat speaking our language. Or someone considers people compelled to take credit to buy refrigerator "middle class"? Or the engineer engaged in taxi-driving at nights – petty bourgeois?

The State Duma of the Russian Federation after 11 hours of discussions in the second and third reading passed a bill to toughen fines for violations of administrative rules of organization and carrying out of mass actions. 239 voices pro versus 207 contra. Corresponding changes previously initiated by a group of deputies from the faction "United Russia” enter the Code of Administrative Offences of RF, as well as the federal law "On Assemblies, Meetings, Demonstrations, Processions, Pickets".

There’s no crisis of the power. Because it’s absent. They're ok. They don't have need to solve vital problems. They're ok. Nothing bad is ahead of the power. I want the reader to ask to take admass fish tales, rumours away and to listen to reason. Many say that no modernization is going on in Russia. Is it bad? Is it loss and mistake of the power? Is it crisis? No! It’s not crisis. Simply the power never put such a task and accordingly nobody carries it out. So, what was not done can’t be considered as crisis. No mistakes can’t be made if nothing was done.

Deputies of the Moscow City Council approved the bill of change of order of elections of the mayor of the capital in the first reading at a session on Wednesday, May, 30th. According to the bill, the mayor of Moscow will be elected for a period of five years by residents of Moscow on the basis of universal suffrage. 

Appointment of the foreman of Uralvagonzavod (Nizhny Tagil) Igor Holmanskikh RF Presidential Envoy in the Ural Federal District - not simply ridiculous and absurd personnel decision. It is the whole chain of very distinct, accurate and unequivocal signals of Russia. Firstly, Putin shows that position of the presidential envoy (at least of the Ural Federal District) doesn't bear any substantial duty, it could fulfill without exaggeration practically everybody – he just should treat Putin loyally.

No instructions followed – peace demonstration reached a place of the coordinated meeting going to waste 40 minutes on listening speeches of speakers on duty that no everything had been lost, that it’s necessary to unite and so on. It would have been a kind of memorial service for the hopes for public lifting. But it became the first since October, 1993 open street collision of demonstrators with cops. It became the end of “Gandhian” period of the Russian protest movement when it was considered the highest civil valor to become the next innocent victim of arbitrariness. Sad ending turned into fighting start. Fear and meanness of authorities weren't got bared with such cynical frankness for long.

At a meeting with activists of “United Russia" on Friday Medvedev agreed to head the ruling party and made a number of interesting statements: he told that he was always the conservative and not the liberal as it’s considered by many, he noted the need of party membership of the head of the state and told about prospects of members of United Russia and political system of the country as a whole. He even decided to join the party in view of that.

Uncontrolled hands of the power created in the country system of enrichment of oligarchs and monopolies, civil servants and officials, but there is no mechanism of protection for people against robbery. Modern economy of Russia is in times weaker and has no possibility to develop, it’s even not in condition to support in working condition that potential which has been created in the USSR, which today feeds and gives life to people.

The power succeeded more, having showed protests as local performance of “growing fussy” Moscow hipster, Yeltsin thieves and sporting girls. That image was provoked quite meaningly, really all Russia hated Putin, but protesting people were showed those whom they didn't love even more. Moreover, now Putin elected by that very province which, in principle, should hate him even stronger, than “browned off” Moscow has serious argument: look, he pulled out victory as a result of the hardest fight against opposition! We understand perfectly well that he fought against own people and he won own people, but unless it’s possible to prove anything now?

Sergey Udaltsov doesn’t participate in a meeting of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev with representatives of unregistered political parties which takes place on April, 2nd in the Kremlin. It became known even earlier that "Parnassus" also won't participate in this meeting. Ex-deputy of the State Duma Andrey Savelyev (“Great Russia”) refused to come to the meeting due to similar reasons: he declared that he doesn't believe in the declared political reform. It becomes absolutely not clear what the reason for their presence there for the first time was. After all the result was known in advance. Those who are wiser refused in advance. "Blessed is the man that walketh nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful,” - it’s the first line of the first psalm of David. It was clear to the ancient tsar as a day, what about politicians of the 21st century – is it not clear?

Thanks God - elections passed. Putin won and oppositional circus got dissolved. All wait for May Day so that … to go to their country houses. We endured the deepest marasmus of our opposition. All came to the end so as if there were no last three months. Who lives in the Kremlin? Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin still lives.
