Alexey Navalny initiated petition for law on introduction of visa regime with the CIS countries. He wrote about it in his popular LJ: "We enter visa (allowing) order of entrance for citizens of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and Armenia. Transition period - 6 months. Those who already are here, but won't receive visa during this term (Russia will decide how many visas to give out), will have to leave the country. I ask all who support idea of visa regime to support this initiative regardless of other political addictions".

Totalitarianism in Russia is idealized, it’s been considered embodiment of a principle "bondage in exchange for order", the fact that despotism is chaos together with lawlessness which each citizen of the European monarchy two hundred years ago and each inhabitant of the Russian Empire hundred years ago understood perfectly well (even each citizen of the Soviet Union 30 years ago) was somehow forgotten today. It was forgotten behind dreams about "educated" (for Westerners) and "firm" (for those who profess pochvennichestvo) autocracy.

Theoretically new constitution could be accepted by referendum, but only after it the Supreme Council of RSFSR (I will remind that is the name of the country where we live) could resign authority, having held earlier elections into the formed again State Duma. Unless it’s possible to delegate powers, if the parliament is in ruins and its heads are in prison? As a result they simply substituted our country. It means then that both the RSFSR, the Supreme Council and the Constitution of the RSFSR still work somewhere in virtual space, after all nobody abolished them properly.

The main result of last elections in Moscow is that citizen Navalny nevertheless didn't win, he lost. On all fronts. Let’s forget about falsifications: more serious things are on a game. Our nearly-mayor happily avoided direct participation in the plum of the protest of 2011 and I didn't become rotten as politician. Almost all "liberals" understood long ago that protest was wimped out: not for nothing "liberals" started pinning up each other. So, Navalny collected his flock first of all from those who feel sick seeing meanness of leaders of Bolotnaya Square. They don’t care that there are bad gossips about his frauds, they named them slander. It seemed that he is pure, courageous, violent, violent up to the end … Though, of course, everything was fine myth from the very beginning. Today this myth is ruined.

His result on elections Navalny called "victory", having explained it that every third voter voted for him. Navalny also noted that he got on elections more, than candidates from other oppositional political movements and parties. He called them for cooperation, but noted that he represents the leading oppositional force which they need to be followed. There was no arithmetic in Russia, otherwise how it’s possible to tell that 632 697 people who voted for Navalny make third of 7 250 879 registered voters? 630 thousand is a third of 7 million? When there was no arithmetic in Russia, it was called one twelfth.

The fact remains. Today ideas of scientific communism and Orthodoxy, recognition of realities of post-industrial era and patriarchal rhetoric, slogans of the international solidarity and state patriotism, appeals to equality of people and nationalist installations, love to democracy and to Stalin mode are mixed in the communist movement. Though in that part of communistic range which is traditionally considered left there are ideological currents often resisting each other. Their range – from Maoism and Trotskizm to conservative communism most often acting under Stalin banners.

First of all: our task – to provide as much as possible freedom at minimization of harm to people, in other words - democracy via humanity. Therefore we won't support Sobyanin's paternalistic authoritarianism. We will accept his victory in the first round as a reality. Simply because majority in Moscow perfectly well understands that it loses from instability more, than gets from justice. Majority also understands very well that it lives in artificial slaveholding paradise.

It would seem that after all falsifications of 2011-2012 it’s impossible to take part in next amusing "elections" arranged by the Kremlin? The more so to believe that oppositional candidate can win! But “liberal” supporters of Alexey Navalny pretend today that they have nothing in common with protest actions on Bolotnaya Square which main reason was mistrust to the Russian electoral system. That one of their main requirements was dismissal of Churov and reforming of election commissions. Having failed to achieve anything hamsters actively joined election campaign in Moscow. They convince the Moscow inhabitants of the need of high turnout. I.e. in maximum legitimization of these "elections". That this time there will be no Churov’s falsifications. If someone could explain why they are so sure?!

If we have "successful turner" in our country? Or "successful grain-grower"? May be someone heard about "successful rural teacher"? Probably, all of them work little? All of them are idlers and ignoramuses? With the ruin of the USSR the slogan "There Is No Higher Title than the Title Working Man" instantly disappeared. It became not prestigious to be the worker! It became shameful to be working man! My brother who has been brought up by my parents reproaches me that I have been working at the same factory for already 15 years! I have no car, no dacha and my apartment isn't privatized. While he, having graduated from academy named after Mozhaisky in Saint Petersburg, works as the manager in the Internet shop, carries goods to the customers and has salary higher in times, than the one I have. He even has 3-D TV-set! While I am a loser.

I absolutely don’t understand why he behaves so carelessly in election campaign. What is it? If he is firmly convinced that no matter what he does, he would get away with it? That he wouldn’t be withdrawn from elections? That electoral commission of Moscow has instructions not to remove him?

Presentiment of new revolution unites such different at first sight figures as oppositional liberals and oppositional nationalists, thus considerable part of so-called left party lazily argues about ostensibly Marxist abstractions ignoring social explosion coming nearer, while at this very time other part participates in electoral games of a mode.New Russian revolution, this waking-up volcano, is ready to burst at any moment. The latest events in the Novokhopersky area of the Voronezh region and in Pugachev of the Saratov region of the Russian Federation as well as mass protest in the regional centre Vradiyeva in Ukraine are symptoms of approaching revolution.

Well who really will argue with the faсt that "the bloody mode" literally dragged aссused blogger in fight for the main chair of the capital of our Homeland, hero сity of Moscow? Continuous blessings as far as the eye сan see. Announcement of a sentenсe was postponed till July, 18th though already today the aссused could have felled trees using motor saw with beautiful name "Friendship". Hated by him “United Russia” gave him its voiсes, though all last years he used to call it "party of crooks and thieves". If it made it out of kindness? Suсh behavior hasn’t been observed before after "sweet party" whiсh drags through the Duma the most rascally laws.

Certainly, it’s very interesting and сlear to fight against limousines, than to deal with real problems of real economy. Especially when they concern combine operators who, as we know, don't write on vkontakte and are not online. It is possible to win this power only having headed such combine operators or Voronezh Cossacks, or workers – metallurgists dying during trade-union actions at above-mentioned Norilsk Nickel, or guest workers who worked on сonstruсtion sites of "Don Stroy" in Moscow. People are able to understand who gets promoted using their problems and who participates in real fight and at the critical moment takes right side.

It seems that the order of the president Putin sent legendary Vladislav Yuryevich in the day of funeral of runaway London hermit on May, 8. One and a half month passed and I get more and more convinced that he hasn’t left. Staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine withdrew servers of a social network "VKontakte" placed in the territory of the country within investigation process in relation to a certain local company. Technical director of "VKontakte" Nikolay Durov wrote on his page on June, 26 in the evening. He explained that servers were withdrawn for investigative actions in the case on tax evasion by the Ukrainian company. Internet service provider Rostelecom will restore access to Internet editions of sites "Gazeta.ru" and newspapers "Komsomolskaya Pravda" only "on the basis of relevant act of government body". New agency RIA Novosti declared about it to the representative of the company.

It’s won’t a mistake if I say that ideology of the authoritative state of rigid paternalistic guardianship forces its way nowadays under the brand “solidary society”. Historical analogies convince even more. The term "solidarizm" started to be used by the Russian émigré organizations of the 30s years of last century under direct influence of ideology of fascism. "National and labor" (subsequently "public and labor") "National Alliance of Russian Solidarists" – is known for cooperation with Hitlerite administration in occupied territories of the USSR in 1941-1944. Nowadays brand "solidary society" is adopted by social movement which is headed by the president of Russia.

What can be commented here? As Lenin wrote, the form is correct, the essence - mockery. At it it’s a mockery not over democratic principles – they are known only approximately now. Not over the Constitution of the Russian Federation – it’s considered indecent to appeal to it even in court. It’s mockery already over principle of the republic. Well what republic do we have, if you split in his eye and he will reply it’s dew from the sky?

Elementary question: why after celebration of the 50th anniversary of flight of the Russian guy Yury Gagarin in space, we suddenly began noticing that Russia is rolling down into the gloomy Middle Ages? Five years ago astronomy was finally expelled from schools, its place was occupied by Scripture. School excursions to theaters, museums, art galleries and different heroic sights are more and more often replaced with trips to churches and monasteries.

If you don't elect the President of Academy of Sciences of Russia today, in four months it can be absolutely different academy and absolutely different Russia — Russia without science, without academy, without future. Showing of emotions is not usual thing for colleagues, for scientists. We ask you forgive us that we can’t speck today in different way. The scientific community of Russia is non-uniform, we have different positions. But all of us don't imagine life in Russia without Russian Academy of Sciences. Let's not allow ignoramuses-political strategists ignore opinion of the Russian scientists!

On May, 7, during the meeting with the president of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin US Secretary of State John Kerri declared that the States and Russia need to support high level of cooperation — the same which was in the years of World War II. "As you know and you know it better, than someone else, we have to solve a number of difficult tasks which decision demands the same level of cooperation".

Next day after Putin's meeting with Kerry, already on May, 8, Surkov was dismissed by Putin from a post of the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia — with formulation "voluntarily".
