More and more progressing schizophrenia is growing in Putin’s policy. What do we deal with: with madness or with gallery-hit? Cunning political scientists and analysts always search for solutions of dizzy Putin’s somersaults. Recently he makes mutually exclusive actions. His mode goes on inconsistent steps. What is it? Simply schizophrenia (dual personality), heavy mental disease? Or artful operation to cover mode’s actions in another's interests?

Today juridical analytic scientists of Interregional Legal Advocacy Association “AGORA” summarized results of the year 2006 on the problems of pursuit of civil activists in Russia. In the previous year Association registered 118 messages of such facts in 35 regions of the country. In 2006 1 civil activist was killed, 2 - were missing, presumably, kidnapped, 18 - beaten, 15 - were subjected to criminal prosecution, 270 – were arrested for organization and participation in public actions.

In the interview with the Indian journalists Vladimir Putin spoke about his successor not having told, however, about him anything concrete, that would allow to understand who exactly he meant. Being not satisfied with it one of the journalists tried to specify what would become if Russians will demand to make changes to the Constitution which would allow Putin to be the nominee for third time. The president told on it that, at all his respect, he’s not going to discuss the given theme with the Indians as it’s especially internal matter of the Russian people. In other words, the question about the successor and the third term again appeared to be suspended.

«Empire V» - «The Fifth Empire» is absolutely not a present Russian Federation, it’s something greater and different. It is a network Empire, the USSRof the XXI century. Vladimir Putin – is the president of "The Fifth Empire” - is not today's Putin who, according to Alexander Prokhanov's trope on «Echo of Moscow», «have two heads: one head is turned aside Russia, another, unfortunately, is being managed from America».

Addressing journalists, the first vice-premier, the candidate for successors Dmitry Medvedev declared: "Before known political events all forces in the country have to fix together the successes reached in economy and social sphere without breaking stable balance and not to fall down in internal showdowns, not to create problems which it would be necessary to struggle with then. It happened so in our country, unfortunately". One could gather than so far as Medvedev publicly started talking about an opportunity of infringement of "stable balance" and "internal showdowns", he had strong enough reasons. It is remarkable that a little bit earlier, on December, 12th in interview to "NG" practically the same things were told by the adviser of Medvedev and Alexander Voloshin - the Kremlin political scientist Gleb Pavlovsky.

Chief editor of the newspaper "Tomorrow", a writer Alexander Prokhanov categorically denied information published in "Alive Magazine" of Boris Berezovsky according to which he ostensibly had "preliminary arrangements on formation of Federal Democratic Movement". In Berezovsky’s article ("Platon Elenin") under the title "So, Shall We Win?", in particular, is said that "the way of liberals to victory on the street - is an association with numerous movements of the left and national patriots". According to Boris Abramovich, "experience of cooperation of Stanislav Belkovsky and Garry Kasparov with NBP, АКМ, Movement Against Illegal Immigration and "Labour Russia" is necessary to continue and fix ".

Delyagin did not hesitate at all to shout into faces of the audience things obviously unacceptable for it. It is possible only to guess what members of "Union of Orthodox Standardbearers” felt, for example, listening that the true patriot simply out of his sense of patriotism is a liberal and communist and belonging to Russian should be defined by the culture and not by the blood and that the time passes in Russia will appear not only “Russian Moldavians” but also “Russian Chinese people” at the communication with whom no cultural barrier will be felt. 

Integration processes in the oppositional environment accrue and today it is possible to speak about existence of the uniform opposition showing to Putin very similar spectrum of claims and the basic groups of this opposition differ from each other not so much substantially but historically, not so much by the requirements but by memories and energy. Not by accident all of them initiate unifying processes directed on uniting of all opposition as a whole; the competition on a background of the general cooperation is for establishing who will be |the center of crystallization” of dissatisfaction today and power - tomorrow.

The one who defends the current Constitution of Russia indulges a mode of personal authority in which base are:

- four branches of authority

- which dependence from each other is subordinated by the will of the «President» (clause 80 par. 3)

- which powers are subordinated to the unitary principle of establishment of the state authority in the country: from above – downwards, that is in the uniform way

- in a mode of decree “law-making”

Specified contradictions, contradictions between the content of the Constitution and bases of structure - a principle of division of branches of authority (three in number according to cl.10), levels of authority (federal correlations according to cl..5) comprise not only legal collision. They are also immoral in their nature and establishment. For ambiguous norms of the right generate dual morals, cultivate legal nihilism.

A fashion on delusions appears in society in the days of decomposition. Some smoke grass, some drink vodka, some chew mushrooms. Some and, it is necessary to do justice to them, it looks as a sign of mental health on the general background - argues about the revival and see its signs directly around themselves, almost continually. I shall repeat: it is better, than to see there green dickens or pink elephants. To turn to a reality those who try to hide from it at any cost from is ridiculous. But all the same I shall try to tell once again to the admirers of the president Putin about the way - today when the budget, business and ruling bureaucracy have been choking for several years with money – Putin’s revival looks like.

The trouble of Russiais that Putin wishes to become Abramovich, not vice versa. It will be more precisely to say that Putin wishes to become super-Abramovich, that is to be a part of world bourgeoisie and to occupy rather visible place and thus not to appear in the subordinated position at the time of his successor having left an opportunity to supervise national bureaucracy. In this situation to speak about any empire is simply impossible. What can one say about the empire, if "emperor" only dreams of its “merging" or exchange on the stock of shares in the “world corporation”?

They see perfectly well in the Kremlin what is what and they in advance lay a straw. We were late already yesterday, turnoff of avalanches has begun. Time presses, sirs; we too long clicked the shutter. To panic is really useless but there’s few chances even if to get all completeness of authority tomorrow. If we postpone it till the day after tomorrow - so it is not necessary to sweat … You hope that perhaps you will escape it? Well, in 3-4 years when the situation becomes irreversible, you will check it on your own skin. In fact one can’t get warmth and energy from Canada – not for love or money. One should answer for the nation-wide madness and overseas won’t help us. If only to organize sacred procession with an icon of orthodox Madonna.
