At the end of 2008 the president of Ukraine Victor Jushchenko suggested the Supreme Rada to enter amendments to the agreement on conservation of bats in Europe. It's said about it in a bill №0109 "About Acceptance of the Amendment to the Agreement on Conservation of Bats in Europe" registered in Rada on December, 15. The agreement on protection of populations of the European species of bats was developed on the base of Bonn Convention and was opened for signing in 1991. The agreement, in particular, provides that each of the parties should forbid deliberate take, catching or murder of bats without permission of responsible (competent) body. >>

It is a pity I have to spoon-feed so obvious things. Alas, М.К. belongs to intellectuals generated by education system of the USSR. It gave us dialectic and system thinking, excellent set of base knowledge, skill to see universal picture, to view possible development of scripts of succession of events. While we have to deal now with intellectual cripples: people generated already in the RF. Education they have - the lowest of the low, thinking - flat and invariant, in their heads - scraps and Russian salad. Logic - none. Simple circuits and stamps dominate. If you called oneself the fascist - you should hate by all means all Soviet and to spend all forces not for struggle against mode but on fighting with red. (Return variant - orthodox "komi"), etc. Breeding of a race of fools was carried out successfully in the Russian Federation and it is difficult for us to work with it. We, Soviet - a supreme race, we are natives not from the primitive raw Russian Federation but from an advanced scientific - technocratic civilization. >>

It is necessary to expect sharp splash of PR activity from the side of near Kremlin political scientists and PR managers of so-called "system opposition". The given splash will be short. For the objective reasons aggravated by absolute non-competence of ruling circles economy of the Russian Federation will run into the deepest depression. There will be less and less financial means, while necessity for them will become stronger and stronger. The same way now, having recollected V.Putin's words how he as the slave self-denyingly "sweated gust out on the galley", we shall try to define a harbour which was entered, obviously, due to the pumped muscles, exclusive professional knowledge and abilities of Petersburg boaters a ship under the Russian banner ... In fact, what do we have to worry about, if the growth of gross national product, according to Vladimir Vladimirovich, will make on results of the year almost 7%, growth of industrial production - 4,8%, real growth of salary - 12,6%? Some other hysterically disposed citizens do not trust even to Vladimir Putin, let the God prolong his days! Such alarmists after pointless digging in archives assert that our economy on a level of gross national product even today has not reached parameter of 1987. They are echoed by different sort of pessimists declaring that labour productivity in the Russian Federation has decreased on 30% - in connection with reduction of a fixed capital on 40%. >>

Waiting for the end of a teleseason on the program "National Interest" I, as you probably saw (December, 20, Saturday, 11.20p.m., RTR), at last asked disloyal question to establishment on behalf of state employee Narochnitskaya. Certainly, it was not the question, it was more likely provocation which quite succeeded - drowsiness, belonging to introvert type of power and uttermost noncriticality of the ones echoing to authority became evident (authority itself has even worse lay of thing in the field of ideology). Therefore my gesture "bye-bye" in reply to a long tirade about limit on revolution and duty of the Russian women (to give birth notwithstanding anything) - was much more eloquent retort, rather than the question about Dissenters March and actuality of Bolshevism. Some pearls of noncritical "candelabrum" are just an ideal starter for criticism. >>

The All-Russia Public Opinion Research Center (VCIOM) submits data how the Russians estimate activity of political leaders of Russia of last century - from Nikolay II up to Vladimir Putin. In a rating of politicians under which leadership, in opinion of our fellow citizens, Russia developed in correct direction V.Putin (80%) takes the lead. On the second place - L.Brezhnev (41%) and V.Lenin (33%) closes three of the leaders. I.Stalin and Nikolay II got 31% each. N.Hrushchev (29%), M.Gorbachev and B.Eltsin (17%) follow further. >>

These Committees of Saving should now come into contact with militia and, whenever it’s possible, with military units, so that when it will be necessary, militiamen and militarians, the same way suffering from consequences of capitalist crisis, will be on duty of people. >>

At the same time they are pathologically non-efficient: corruption and development of business - completely different functions. About 1 Million People Took Part in Demonstration against Russia in Georgia

On September, 1 many thousands protest action "Stop Russia" passed in Georgia. Its participants in cities and villages of the country formed a human chain demanding immediate withdrawal of the Russian armies from the Georgian territory, showing their integrity. The action was supported also by representatives of the Georgian diaspora in other countries. As it's informed, hundred thousand people took part in it in Georgia (more than one million, according to the telechannel "Rustavi - 2"). The most perspective professionals will enter into a so-called presidential quota, the head of the state emphasized. Thus it is necessary to invent correct selection criteria of the experts entering this quota so that the only presence in it would be for employers "the real quality symbol" of the professional worthy to work not only on public service but also in other places.
