It would be wrong to idealize I.V.Stalin's epoch as an epoch of the refined delight. But even more criminally will be to lie it, the thing all types of liberals and Trotskyists are being engaged during decades. Where does the confidence from that in a case with the successor all will be differently. In any case a change of authority in 2008 will inevitably retard realization of so necessary strategy of modernization up to which the present president, probably, has almost ripened. Foreign policy mistakes will be for certain made. Even because of the fact that the successor, deprived of Putin's "weight", will need to be ratified on international scene.

The main reason of an inefficiency of Israel – is "change of generations" in a management of army and special services: to change natives from the East Europe, Northern Africa and the USSR who understood the logic of survival well came rather young people not only received education in the West, but also brought up within the framework of a modern western civilization. The greatest negative consequences "change of generations" in a management had for army.
