The Federation Council prepares the bill permissing euthanasia, i.e. artificial interruption of life of the patient "under medical prescription". At the moment the right of the patients to die voluntary is legally fixed in Holland, Belgium and Switzerland. Probably, Russia in the legal and ethical plan has already reached such heights that it will be also possible "to crackdown" patients if a society has no desire to nurse them. As the initiator of creation of such bill, chairman of committee on social policy of Federation Council Valentine Petrenko informed mass-media, it's necessary to permit euthanasia in Russia "for unusual cases". According to Petrenko, the initiative about carrying out of euthanasia should proceed from the patient himself. Within two months, the chairman of committee on social policy of Federation Council of Russia said, it would be necessary to study the case record of the applicant and to check up whether the decision to die voluntary was not accepted under somebody's pressure. If during the time of studying of the application the patient won't change his decision, Petrenko informed, "he will be administered increased doze of analgesic to stop the work of his cord". 

The first time in the recent years the quarter plan on the gathering of incomes into federal budget is not only surpassed but is broken up! Incomes of the federal budget in the 1^st quarter of the year 2007 made up 1,4 trillion rubles that's 9,6% (or 150,0 billions rubles) less budget planning. State monopoly RZHD wishes to connect the largest cities of Russia by high-speed passenger lines and to make ways to the largest deposits of minerals in Siberia and in the Far East. Realization of this plan will cost 10 trillion rbl. Capital authorities suggest to make changes in the federal legislation which will allow judicial police officers without consent of proprietors to enter the apartments, the vice-president of the commission of Moscow City Council on municipal economy and housing policy Valery Skobinov informed on Tuesday. "The quantity of appeals from citizens connected with check of legality of re-planning in apartment houses recently has sharply increased. Putting into operation of a new medium distance plane Superjet 100 will push modernization of a network of fly grounds in Russia. Such opinion was expressed on Friday by the first vice-premier Sergey Ivanov judging from the results of a conference on the prospects of development of Komsomol-on-Amur aviation production association (КnААPО) where this plane is being produced, RIA of News informs. However, to say that КnААPО "produces" Superjet 100 is rather early - a lot of time will pass before its production as the machine is in a stage of project. So, when there will appear a series and whether it will appear - it is known only to the first vice-premier. Even then it's not exact.

Demonstration and meeting of opposition finished in Minsk. As the correspondent of "Interfax" transfers, about 4 thousand people took part in not authorized street actions. According to preliminary data, during meeting near the building of national library two young persons were detained. A little bit different information was received from the Ukrainian sources. Incorporated aviabuilding corporation (IAC) plans to enter primary public placing of shares (IPO) in 2008, General Manager of IAC Alexey Fedorov informed on Monday to journalists. "We plan to enter IPO within two years and up to the end of current year we plan to pass listing at the Russian stock exchange", - Fedorov said. Formally it is explained by the threat of attacks of ballistic missiles of Iranand Northern Korea against the USA. At that Irantoday has no rockets capable to reach Alaska. "We wish to protect not only the USAbut also our armies worldwide and our allies", - the agency head on Anti-Ballistic Missiles System of the USA Henry Obering said speaking about intention of establishment of antimissiles, including, in the Europe. At that Iranian rockets of today can reach only Eastern Europe while the ones of the Northern Koreaare only at the stage of testing and, judging from the results, are too far from putting into service.

The administration of the Russian factory Ford in Vsevolozhsk at last made a proposal to increase wages to the worker on 14-20% depending on a scale of charges within the limits of a new collective agreement. Now the average wage at a factory makes 18-19 thousand rbl. New contract also grants interest-free loans in particular for education of children till 18 years, for health services of workers and their relatives which is not covered by the program of voluntary medical insurance. Relics of Orthodox saint Phillip which tried to sell on the Internet-auction are removed from the tenders. It happened when Russian Orthodox Church named the appearance of this lot "blasphemy". We shall remind that yesterday in one of Petersburg Internet-catalogues of antiquarian goods appeared an offer to buy relicts of the saint. (The skull and a humeral bone were exposed to the sale). Authenticity of the relics of XVI century, as the seller specified, is proved by inventory number on a box, a year of their receipt to the thesaurus of the Kasan Church (1899) and pre-revolutionary message – “Saint Phillip”. The Russian Orthodox Church called the attempt of sale of sacred relics “monstrous act of blasphemy”.
