The policy of making Russia weak and destroyed carried out under the management of the USA at last fructified. Probably, soon there will come time of harvesting. Now we have criminal state with destroyed industrial base, backward science, education, qualified medicine inaccessible to the majority of the population and dying out population. There is no any longer strong socialist camp consisting from allies of Russia. In process of weakening of Russia militarization of the USA has not only decreased but has become even more amplified. The world becomes more and more unipolar as military potential of the USA exceeds potential of all other world. Aspiration of the USA to world supremacy is obviously appreciable. Till now arrogant aspirations of the USA were restrained by an opportunity of drawing of retaliation with losses unacceptable for them. During last years situation has essentially changed. The USA almost continuously are at wars subordinating to their influence one by one all the countries and imposing to them the governments from their proteges.

We had already had to write about the difference between the ruling party and "party in power". The first is usually created irrespective of the state bodies and, having occupied leading positions in the parliament, forms executive authority. The second - is being formed by executive authority to represent its interests in the parliament. Actually it's - «300 Spartans» of the government in representative bodies. Initially "parties in power" appeared to be short-lived structures very quickly losing even minimal popularity and soon disappearing after becoming oppositional. At best prime-minister headed similar associations but not the president. Becoming the satrap of such party was perceived as an "exile", at that not very honourable. The greatest distribution of "parties in power" received in the countries of CIS. However, "Gaulists" from the party "In Support of Republic" in France possessed similar properties.

As Newsru.ua informs, application of the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs with criticism of applications of the Russian officials concerning the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine is distributed in headquarters of the United Nations in New York as official document of the General Assembly of the United Nations. In the application is emphasized that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine is seriously worried about applications of the Russian officials in relation to Ukraine. "These applications having frankly the antiUkrainian character, call in question territorial integrity of Ukraine and represent direct intervention in its internal affairs", - is emphasized in the document which is quoted on Tuesday by news service of the United Nations. In the application is marked that Ukraine in its aspiration to strengthen international peace and safety has refused from the third on its size in the world nuclear arsenal which has stayed on its territory after disintegration of the USSR. From their part the nuclear states including Russia gave Ukraine guarantees of safety fixed in the Budapest memorandum of 1994.
