The government and Central Bank (CB) of the Russian Federation do not plan to support dollar exchange rate artificially. Such application was made by the first vice-premier of the Russian Federation Igor Shuvalov at a briefing in Moscow. It means that "superfluous" consumers who today drop out of a chain of redistribution of the natural rent would be cut from the consumer market by growth of rouble inflation. Actually rouble has been already devaluating, only, as Shuvalov said, smoothly - so that the ones who have something could exchange it into dollars. The ones who have nothing to exchange - will pass to more modest standard of consumption (Doshirak, potato, groats). >>

The USA and Russia agreed to develop a new contract in exchange of SNF-1 before expiration of its term in December of the next year, John Rud acting as under secretary of state declared to "Interfax". The situation is that for today the USA, basically, are capable to unlimited escalating of the strategic arms on any directions - sea, ground or air. Also the USA are capable to develop new systems of arms which are not taken into account by the contracts SNF.

I am not keen on America, I resolutely condemn Bush's aggression against Afghanistan and Iraq. But let's be objective. Whether it is America that buys oil and gas, fixing parasitic raw model of economy. Nothing's of the kind. It's Germany that has been buying our raw material since Soviet times aspiring being the leader of EU to become independent center of force, alternative to the USA and within the nearest 20-30 years, while the world does not pass on new not mineral energy sources requiring own raw-material base. Exactly because of the same reason China needs own raw-material base (northern resource territories). These two "friendly" countries - Germany and China - conserve from the outside process of raw rotting in the Russian Federation. As to Putin, he following his predecessors from Brezhnev to Yeltsin willingly goes towards all wishes of the Germans and (it began already at Yeltsin) Chinese. >>

For short historical term Russia made a huge jump back from socialism not even into capitalism but more likely in feudalism or, more precisely, - neo-feudalism. What for, for the sake of what? Having dumped "a superfluous burden" on behalf of sister republics, advanced industry, science and social gains of the workers, new nomenclature liberated huge weight of petrodollars which at once found "the best" from its point of view application - it began to plunder them shamelessly in the process of receipt. That is the essence of "criminal revolution" begun in the USSR 20 years ago and proceeding in the Russian Federation till now. That is the result of efforts of people with "clean hands, cold head and hot heart" - their crimes against people and history are monstrous, their moral and political fault is immense.

Church Will Gather Analogue of "National Assembly" to Elect Patriarch

In the work Church Council of the Russian Orthodox Church on which new patriarch will be elected will take part over 700 delegates. As deputy Patriarch metropolitan Cyril informed on Wednesday upon termination of the Synod where commission on preparation of the Council was generated, there would be three persons elected as delegates for participation in the Council from each diocese (for today there are 156 of them). There will be two persons submitted from the patriarchal peculiars in the USA, Canada and Scandinavia. Besides special quota will be given to spiritual educational institutions and stavropegial monasteries (being under direct management of the head of Church). At the moment there are 25 monasteries under direct management of the patriarch, the number of seminaries in the Russian church - 38. The total quantity of bishops of the Moscow patriarchy for today makes 190 people. The other participants of the Council will be simple clergymen and laymen.
