Representative of Joint Staff of Armed Forces of Russia declared that works on expansion of prestrategic rocket systems "Iskander" in the Kaliningrad Region were suspended, as "the new American administration does not force plans on expansion of the third missile launching area of the American ballistic missile defence in Poland and Czechia". First of all, to place "Iskander" near Kaliningrad is necessary to produce them first. Then what does it mean "to suspend works on accommodation" - what works they are talking about? The one who says so even doesn't know that we are talking about mobile systems for which it is not necessary to carry out any engineering works, to create missile launching area or other objects. Simply at proper time fighting machines will arrive to some certain region and will be ready to strike.

At the same time Sukhumi considers that, "proceeding from the treaty on friendship, cooperation and mutual help between Abkhazia and Russia, Abkhazia is ready to practical cooperation in this sphere and, accordingly, to official registration of cooperation with Black Sea Fleet".

From subjective point of view which the author has, there's one aim of this murder - to frighten. To show everyone whom it concerns: if you start sticking your head out - the same thing will be done with you. It's not so important, whether people they were killed by people being in the government's employ - or by fanatics from quazi-patriot organizations on a tip of the same civil servants (in epaulettes or without). That is the essence of terror (lat terror - horror) that its purpose - not to destroy concrete people but to frighten those who survived.

It's said about it in a bill №0109 "About Acceptance of the Amendment to the Agreement on Conservation of Bats in Europe" registered in Rada on December, 15. The agreement on protection of populations of the European species of bats was developed on the base of Bonn Convention and was opened for signing in 1991. The agreement, in particular, provides that each of the parties should forbid deliberate take, catching or murder of bats without permission of responsible (competent) body.

Essential deterioration took place in IV quarter of 2008 in foreign trade. Export was reduced in comparison with similar period of the last year on 13,4 % (from 110,0 up to 95,3 billion dollars), import grew on 5,2 % (from 69,6 up to 73,2 billion dollars). In result positive balance of foreign trade decreased in 1,8 times (from 40,4 up to 22,1 billion dollars), while positive account of current operations of the balance of payment fell almost three times, more than in 2,8 times - from 23,9 up to 8,4 billion dollars.

Military-medical commission already 4 years ago recognized Ivan Golota unfit for service in Air Landing Troops. One more thing - 4 years ago the term of his contract service according to which he undertook to serve honesty expired. The officer fairly met obligations including participation in battle actions! What about the second party, the state?

However, let's look at the problem under a little bit different sight angle - newspaper of the government of the Russian Federation financed directly from the state budget publishes material where it clearly and unambiguously speaks about support of ... the national separatism in the neighbouring state.
