According to Onishchenko, less people fall ill in Moscow, Chita and the Zabaikalye Territory, the Magadan Region, the Chelyabinsk Region, the Perm Territory, on Sakhalin, in Yakutia, Khabarovsk, Krasnoyarsk, Murmansk, Ulan-Ude and Ufa. The tendency to situation stabilisation on all types of flu is seen also in Bryansk, Buryatiya, Kaliningrad and Ulyanovsk.
What does it mean "less fall ill"? What does the word "less" mean? Nowadays people in our country is still quite educated, it is quite possible to give people figures, they will understand.

What poverty of thought! Gorbachev began it, Yeltsin's environment - from Chubays and Gaydar to Putin and Medvedev - continues this policy of destruction of the Russian Federation receiving from "advanced countries" money, knowledge, technologies to bring business to the end. For the sake of what? So that "our democracy became more independent and stronger". Publicists already noticed: they declared modernisation - without the target. Any undertaking without target is doomed. The Russian Federation as the state doesn't have purpose, that is it has no ideology, except anti-Sovietism now it turns out except anti-Russism. Putin and Medvedev refusing Soviet and even Chinese way lead Russia not "forward" but backwards as Napoleon's army receded on the Smolensk road torn down by it, repeating all the time about "sovereign democracy" - very unsuccessfully invented concept.

Коnygin doesn't work Central Internal Affairs Directorate any more, he made reference on behalf of Sverdlovsk Civil Anti-Crime and Legal Protection Committee. The lieutenant colonel of internal service asserts that there were plunders of budgetary funds in Central Internal Affairs Directorate of Sverdlovsk area. For example, on the area allocated for building of an apartment house for employees of law-enforcement bodies on budget money "House of Forester" was built - as a matter of fact, place for leisure time and entertainment for the heads of Central Internal Affairs Directorate. >>

Yesterday evening Monday 16th, 26 years old Ivan Khutorskoy aka Vanya-kostolom was shot dead at the entrance of his house. This name is not well-known among general public, but he was a colossal figure among Russian antifascists and left activists. First of all he is known as one of informal leaders of youth antifascist movement, and one of founders of R.A.S.H. (Red and Anarchist skinheads) - community of skinheads-antifascists adhering to the left political views. It's obvious for the most of his friends that the murder has been committed by Russian neo-nazi. >>

The secretary general of NATO Anders Fog Rasmussen names working out of the first Annual national program on preparation of Ukraine for acquisition of membership in Alliance the most important step forward. The secretary general of Alliance declared it in the beginning of Consultation Ukraine-NATO at the level of Ministers of Defence on Monday in Bruxelles, the press-service of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine informs.
So, as he said, the first Annual national program displaying tendency of deepening of cooperation, it contains steps directed on acceleration of process of realisation of internal reforms according to the Euroatlantic standards is being developed in Ukraine.

It is time to meet the eye of the truth: we do not have political opposition. Its place is occupied with simple human, common memory. It's it that the ruling kleptocracy tries to belie, to discredit and finally to erase having transformed us into those who don't remember their traditions and history - because while population of our country remembers the past, it can return it having transformed from uncomplaining raw materials for personal enrichment of corrupted persons into people - a historical community of people who realized own interests and returned ability to protect them. >>

Sergeant major of Moscow militia Vadim Smirnov on November, 11th published video reference to the chief of the capital Municipal Department of STSI Vladimir Kolokoltsev. Smirnov asserts that he was dismissed from militia in February, 2009 because of hostility of management: because he entered independent Trade Union of police officers of Moscow. Practically simultaneously with publication of Smirnov's video reference on YouTube one more video - reference of the former employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Komi Mihail Evseev to the president Dmitry Medvedev - appeared. According to Evseev, he repeatedly addressed the management specifying designer and forged criminal cases. In July, 2009 the Supreme Court of Komi sentenced Anton Korostelev and Alexey Pulyalin accused of arson of the centre to life imprisonment. Evseev asserts that he has proofs of innocence of the condemned for arson.

On Friday Yushchenko's colleagues made statements about possibility to introduce a mode of state of emergency in the country. Deputy head of President's Secretariat Igor Popov also assumed that elections of the head of the state can be postponed from January, 17th to May, 30th, 2010, RUpor.info transfers. "If the government will not manage to take situation with flu epidemic under control, introduction of state of emergency in the country and postponing of elections till May, 30th is not excluded", - Igor Popov said. He explained that epidemic discriminates both candidates who have no possibility to carry out normal election campaign and the voters majority of whom have nothing to do with elections.
