- As to me, I think that it's impossible to imagine bigger humiliation for the government system, - editor-in-chief of FORUM.msk Anatoly Baranov commented on the event. - Of course, Vyatka is not the most prestigious place but nevertheless the post of vice-governor should be occupied by the expert who has already finished process of vocational training. May be now it is a training before occupying a student's bench in Harvard? That is only after a year of studies in prestigious American high school is possible to rely on "true" career, while vice-governorship is just a trifle, a toy for the grown up girl? Or may be I am behind the age and Russia is such a location where the post of vice-governor is appreciated less, than the student's card of prestigious high school and a bed in campus? No, I understand that it can be just an excuse for honourable resignation "due to a transfer to a new appointment" - but not to the university!
