By data from police sources, audio record of conversation in District Department of Internal Affairs "Danilovsky" in Moscow (which showed inability of management of Medvedev's police to express own thoughts in acceptable form) made strong impression upon police management and caused immediate reaction, Michael Delyagin informs in his LJ.
Two reference editions have been already prepared: "How police officer of the Russian Federation should communicate" and "Complete list of idioms, phrases and expressions inadmissible to be used by police officer of the Russian Federation".
Police sources inform that police officers should learn both editions by heart, they wouldn't be permitted to duty before passing examination.
Considering that the volume of the first edition - 20 pages and the second - 150, next weeks police of Moscow, apparently, won't start working - except for, certainly, traditional informal occupations.
