Former deputy chief of the department of material support of Central Internal Affairs Directorate of Sverdlovsk area Igor Konygin supported major Tatyana Domracheva who acted recently with charges to militian management and mentioned also new facts of infringements of law.
The lieutenant colonel of internal service asserts that there were plunders of budgetary funds in Central Internal Affairs Directorate of Sverdlovsk area. For example, on the area allocated for building of an apartment house for employees of law-enforcement bodies on budget money "House of Forester" was built - as a matter of fact, place for leisure time and entertainment for the heads of Central Internal Affairs Directorate.
Besides, Konygin specified that premises of the building of hostel of Central Internal Affairs Directorate in Ekaterinburg were rented by certain commercial structures.
According to Konygin, since 2004 he has been trying to achieve investigation of the crimes made in logistics services of Central Internal Affairs Directorate, however, Office of Public Prosecutor of Sverdlovsk area interfered with it.
"The fact that police officers did not receive habitation, population did not receive community militia office and more than 5,3 million roubles from the budget were spent inappropriately on arrangement of the place for entertainment of separate heads as well as the fact that the object of the real estate constructed on state money was gratuitously transferred to the alien organisation, bodies of Office of Public Prosecutor considered lawful", - Konygin noticed.
Besides the lieutenant colonel resulted the fact of plunder of gift fund of Central Internal Affairs Directorate for the sum of 247 thousand roubles in 2005.
The colonel addressed the president Dmitry Medvedev and public prosecutor Jury Chajka with the request to check up the regional Central Internal Affairs Directorate and to investigate the facts of corruption mentioned by him.
Civil Anti-Crime and Legal Protection Committee in its turn addressed directly the president Dmitry Medvedev and public prosecutor Jury Chajka with the request to carry out complex check in logistic services of Central Internal Affairs Directorate in Sverdlovsk area.
Коnygin also noticed that Civil Committee which he represents, already since 2004 tries to achieve investigation of the crimes made in logistics services of Central Internal Affairs Directorate. However, as he said, it does not happen because of the position of Office of Public Prosecutor of Sverdlovsk area.
From editorial board: Central Internal Affairs Directorate of Sverdlovsk area has already hastened to "refute" announcements of Domracheva and Konygin, that is clear. However "House of Forester" is not a needle in a hundle of hay and if to wish to find out the truth, it is very easy to check it up - if the forester really lives in this house or chiefs in big epaulets "keep it real".
