However other phrase of the great scientist characterizes ways and measures for the solution of large-scale problems: “... if some absurd became routine, than the more absurd it is, the more difficult is to destroy it”.

Thought that work created a man seized the world long time ago.

The fact is that study is the hardest work. To make it fruitful it is required to learn to study, that is to develop requirement to work since childhood. Therefore labor education which is inseparably linked with patriotic was always kernel of enlightenment and education.

Industrialization in the USSR, the Japanese "economic miracle", successes of China and failure in the Russian Federation serve confirmation to this truth. Catastrophic retardation in high technologies created by intense work of scientists, engineers and workers synthesizing scientific knowledge and experience of mankind is also natural.

Epidemic of catastrophes and accidents is connected with loss of critical technologies becoming history together with their carrier – working man who has no replacement.

The Russian and Soviet competitive education system which was till the end of the 60s years of last century adjusted on over effort at achievement of the highest result was a kind of filter for lagging behind and a springboard for gifted pupils.

Hard work on mastering of concepts (understanding, storing) the Ministry of Education and Science eases by futile development (acquaintance) of a subject sufficient for “office plankton”, but unacceptable for the professional expert.

Entertainment and different types of activity reducing training load of pupils serve today alternative of labor activity opening talent, developing ability and informative needs.

In a frequency dictionary of a standard of elementary general education there is no such concept as work, as well as in the bill concept “About education in the Russian Federation” – one can’t find such concept as education.

Labor intensity of the standard program made for lagging behind and children with limited possibilities of health other-wordly for correctional school nurses indiscriminateness to themselves in strong and so-so advanced pupils.

The teacher has no possibility to be “the conductor in the world of knowledge”, he is assigned a part of “the director of educational activity” and organizer - "stage manager" of educational tasks.

It is easy to receive proves of this truth when studying the brochure of the department of education of Moscow under the name “About standards in simple way” explaining that education modernization provides “optimization of personnel potential and translation of the subject contents by means of "external" resources”.

Absurdity of replacement of intelligence of the teacher by computer on the scale of all educational system of Russia is seen implicitly behind “simple decision”.

Unfortunately, new Pestalozzis are not aware of the fact that heuristic programs, "artificial intelligence" realize only one function of a person - search of known versions of solution of standard tasks. However the deputy chairman of the Commission of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation on education and science Lyubov Dukhanina continues to believe that tests of computer evaluation of sketchy knowledge - our future.

Guessing game – the Unified State Examination with coaching forming skills unhealthy and dangerous on production became absurd result of such policy.

Incompatibility of technologies of evaluation at final and entrance examinations became catastrophe for education, science and production.

According to one of the tutors level of preparation to the Unified State Examination on mathematics is catastrophic. The same with physics and chemistry. Pupils talk about physics as about some sacral subject, other-wordly for studying. Graduates of MGTU named after Bauman can't read old drawings, we are not talking about drawing new.

Possibility of five Russian universities to enter by 2020 the first hundred of the world rating seems foggy taking into account the Unified State Examination, chance of loss of present positions is quite real.

Integration with the unknown

Inward digging as a sign of professionalism of the XX century has exhausted itself in the century of global integration of education, science and production.

The idea of fragmentary approach of universities of the USA consists in that students independently establish connection between lectures and chosen courses using scanning vector of integration of already known material with the unknown.

As a whole the effect consists in integration of formal (obligatory) education with independent - informal. Galaxy of those who got military education is entered by such composers as Rimsky-Korsakov, Cui, the artist Vereshchagin, the surgeon Pirogov, cybernatist Berg and others.

The cunning of introduction and adoption of the destructive bill on the eve of deputy vacation consists in refusal to eliminate hundred remarks and amendments. When the law will come into force on January, 1, 2013 it will be already late to be indignant.

Such practice became an open secret after adoption of notorious Federal Law #122 about monetization of social benefits and not less odious # 94 and #83. Such is an order.
