As mass-media informed, the USA officially rejected Vladimir Putin's proposal which was been put forward at summit G8 in Heiligendamm on June, 7th to refuse placing of elements of antimissile defense system in the East Europe and to start using together with Russia Gabalinskaya Radio Detection and Ranging Equipment in Azerbaijan. These American plans were unanimously supported by their European partners on NATO. What is the result of the initiative? On the one hand, the Kremlin started PR action which lived exactly a week. On the other hand, Putin clearly showed Iran and all other countries of the third world - to China, Syria, Venezuela, etc. that Russia is ready to betray them even for the sake of one illusion of normalization of relations with the USA. This signal is clear to everybody.  

For those 7 years that Putin is at authority, Russia lost all its geopolitic grounds almost without fight. It lost them because present ruling elite doesn't care them at all - it - the ruling elite - didn't struggle for them. 7 years ago Russia because of postSoviet inertness was regional empire. Actaully the disposer of postSoviet space in the majority of postSoviet capitals. Moscow was treated as senior brother and senior partner. It's different now. For 7 years Russia passed from the first geopolitic league where there are regional powers, to the second - where there are simply provincial states, which influence does not spread over own borders. Naturally, for many states this situation is historically comfortable, but it's not so for Russia, because it has not got used to it. But the ruling Russian class hasn't understood and realized it yet.

It's no easy to understand the Frenchmen. It's unexpectedly enough for the extraneous observer that former Minister of Internal Affairs, the candidate from right-centrist "Union for National Movement" Nikolya Sarkozi is the leader of the second round of presidential elections in France. By results of exit polls, he was supported by 53 percent of the Frenchmen. The candidate from Socialist party Segolen Ruayal received 47 percent of voices. At our Russian sight Segolen Ruayal is better on all parameters. But the Frenchmen seem to know it better - it will be they who, eventually, will have to name this person, who is alike all well-known French comedians, the president for some years.

Chill in relations between Russia and the West in many respects is caused by a cultural shock which the West undergoes during the last years. For 15 years it got used to such state of things when Russia had no interests and point of view of its own. Therefore, when our country realized its interests and started their realization, even partially and inefficiently, it caused a cultural shock in the West. We should render the West all necessary psychological help to remove this shock. It's important to understand that the growth of competitiveness of Russia which representatives from the West appeal to will cause new growth of offences from their side - simply because we will compete exactly with the West. For normalization of relations is necessary to consider also objective distinction of our interests. So, Russia is not interested in expansion in the East Europe AMB systems because it understands that it is directed not against nonexistent nuclear rockets of Iran but against Russia and China. Expansion of this system objectively pushes Russia to the union with China against the West though our country would prefer to support balance of constructive relations with everyone.

On April, 10th presentation of two books of the legendary writer Ernest Henry never published before took place in the Central House of the writer. Now works "Prometheus" and "Stalin's Foreign Policy" were published owing to, first of all, the son of the writer, the journalist of "MK", my comrade Michael Rostovsky. He surprisingly precisely predicted a course of the future war and defeat of hitlerite Germany in the struggle against people of the USSR...

Vladimir Putin is in doubt whereas on the threshold of the year 2008 the real political life of the country more and more crystallizes around two Kremlin parties - "party of the liberal successor" and "party of the third term". As mass-media has been informed, "Gazprom" negotiates with a consortium of foreign PR-agencies headed by "PBN Company" for 3-years contract on carrying out of a series of actions on improvement of its image in the countries of the European Union and the USA. The daughter of "Gazprom" - "Gazprom Export", Ltd in 2007 according to preliminary arrangements with "PBN Company" will spend for the improvement of corporate image of "Gazprom" group 11 million dollars, the sources say. The primary goal of the Russian office of "PBN Company" and their colleagues in the USA and Great Britain will become working out of the programme on the improvement of “Gazprom” image out Russia – first of all in the EU and the USA.

During few years it will become into the rocket-nuclear empire – it’s also inevitable.
