If in 2010 Muscovites spent for payment of housing and public services 7% of total costs, in 2011 that indicator reached already 10,3%. Thus, growth is threefold, in other figures it increased by 47%. In spite of the fact that the total all the same remained less average level across Russia, for citizens increase of tariffs appeared very essential, it follows from the research of Audit and Consulting Group "Finexpertise" which are given by RBC Daily.

Oil becomes cheaper during the auctions in the morning on Thursday as a result of fears related to the prospects of satisfactory solving of a crisis situation in Europe.

What is opposition in general: such eccentric people who simply would like to oppose themselves to the power? Probably, there are such as well. But, if to talk seriously, opposition – is those who occupy on key strategic questions position opposite to declarations and, the main thing, to power actions. Whether there is today more fundamental question, rather than question of the WTO? Today it’s possible to make a watershed leaning on it: who – for the present power, who – against. If it’s not schizophrenia to organize referendum on the WTO, on the one hand, and, at the same time on the other hand, in every way to support and justify the present power (which, say, doesn’t understand something to the end)?

The able-bodied population of the Russian Federation will be reduced by 12% to 2030, the minister of economic development Elvira Nabiullina declared basing on a forecast of the ministry. She mentioned demographic problem as one of the restrictions of long-term growth of the Russian Federation. Nevertheless some doubt prevents to indulge in rave about freedom of action of value law let out of cage of “the developed socialism” – a predator devouring "weak" and strengthening "strong", balancing commodity-money masses, sentencing whole branches of economy to slaughter and civilizations to disappearance.

If experience of "all progressive mankind” with its support of small business is not alien to liberals, what except hatred to own people, slightly disguised by pathological illiteracy prevents them from addressing to the experience of Stalin’s regulation? At whom, for example, kiosks and small shops of agricultural manufacturers (then that were collective farms) had tax of 3% from turnover, while speculators trying to cut off agricultural manufacturers from a commodity market and to enslave them as it’s successfully done today by various mafias (substantially ethnic ones) decayed in GULAG.

First of all, we are lacking professionals of all specialities including those spheres where seems to be overproduction. Bookkeepers, lawyers, experts in marketing, PR managers –names of these trades became synonym of the concept “professional unemployed with overestimated self-appraisal”. Try to find experts of these trades even in Moscow! Head-Hunters know them nearly by name and fight for them to death because higher education sells diplomas, but don’t give knowledge.

I melt with this story with our gas dispute. It’s like two beggars fight in a ditch under a factory fence where they can earn money for 5 copecks. Gas story is getting close to its end! – and “gas hysteria” together with it. Just few years ago I called slate gas “paper tiger”, but it was time of other technologies. Literally for several years they were qualitatively improved. And we see that gas in the USA costs already 96 dollars for one thousand cubic meter and March futures – almost 90. In this situation after a while the USA will become the exporter of gas – will simply remake import terminals on export ones. Work, by the way, goes on a three-shift basis as if it were China and not America - we will see reindustrialization of the USA on the basis of almost free energy.
